Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, carrots, beans, and potatoes.
2. Add green chili, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt, bread crumbs, and coriander leaves.
3. Mix everything thoroughly to form a firm dough.
4. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a flat round patty.
5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
6. Place the patties on the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
8. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
