Steps

1. Rinse quinoa under cold water, then cook in 1/2 cup water until fluffy, about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together white wine, olive oil, mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and mixed spices to make the vinaigrette. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced celery, grated apple, thin apple slices, and chopped onion. 4. Add cooled quinoa to the bowl and pour the vinaigrette over the salad. 5.
