Rainbow Chicken Stir-Fry

A colorful and nutritious stir-fry made with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean chicken breast, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the chicken slices in this mixture for 15 minutes. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender yet still crisp. 4. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Serve the rainbow chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.
