
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the chicken slices in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender yet still crisp.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the rainbow chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.

- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
