Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme.
3. Rub the herb butter mixture over the rabbit leg, making sure it is evenly coated.
4. Season the rabbit with salt and pepper.
5. Place the rabbit leg in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
