
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the herb butter mixture over the rabbit leg, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Season the rabbit with salt and pepper.
- Place the rabbit leg in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
