Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, drizzle caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter on top.
5. Swirl the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect, then sprinkle sea salt on top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
7. Let cool before slicing into decadent salted caramel brownies.
