Steps
1. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a glass.
2. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the espresso.
3. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until it caramelizes.
4. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring constantly to make the caramel sauce.
