Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and thyme; add to the skillet.
3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced apple and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and honey; stir to combine.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
