
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread roll and scoop out some of the inside to create a bowl.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the bread bowl with the mushroom and spinach mixture, top with shredded cheese.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
