Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cut the top off the bread roll and scoop out some of the inside to create a bowl.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and combined.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Fill the bread bowl with the mushroom and spinach mixture, top with shredded cheese.
9. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
10. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
