Steps

2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
5. Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and serve it on a plate.
6. Top the quinoa with the garlic butter shrimp and garnish with fresh parsley.
7. Serve with a wedge of lemon on the side for an extra zing.
