Steps

2. Coat the pork chop with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for enhanced flavor).
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil.
4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork chop to the skillet.
5. Cook the pork chop for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
