Steps
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add rolled oats and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a separate pan, sauté fresh spinach until wilted.
4. In the same pan, fry an egg to your desired doneness.
5. Once the oats are cooked, season with salt and pepper.
6. Transfer the oats to a bowl, top with sautéed spinach and fried egg.
7. Optional: sprinkle grated cheese on top.
