Seared Duck Breast with Roasted Red Potatoes

A delicious and easy to make main dish presented with roasted red potatoes. Perfect to surprise your family or friends.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Rub the duck breasts with the garlic cloves and season with salt and black pepper. 3. Heat the sunflower oil on a non-stick frying pan and sear the duck breasts on medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip them over and cook for another 5-7 minutes until both sides are nice and golden. 4. Put the potatoes cubes on a tray, season with salt and black pepper, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes. 5. Serve the duck breasts on a plate with the roasted red potatoes, and garnish with some dill.
