
Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
- Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and pour in the egg mixture. Let it sit for a few seconds, then gently scramble until cooked.
- Combine the shrimp and eggs, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
