Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs with soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
4. Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and pour in the egg mixture. Let it sit for a few seconds, then gently scramble until cooked.
5. Combine the shrimp and eggs, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
