1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, honey, and sugar until smooth. 3. In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring to combine. 5.
