Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Marinate squid rings in this mixture.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sliced chili. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add marinated squid rings and stir-fry until they turn opaque.
4. Toss in sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
