Shape small balls from the mixture and fry until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 5. In a separate small pan, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar; simmer until slightly thickened. 6. Toss cooked chicken balls in the soy glaze until well coated. 7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
