Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
2. Add the chicken thigh to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it is browned and cooked through.
6. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
7. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
