Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Pour the soy sauce glaze over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, coating the chicken evenly.
6. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice if desired.
