Steps

1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces. 2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and fragrant. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add chicken pieces to the pan and sprinkle salt, cumin, white pepper evenly over them. 5. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and cook for another minute. 8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander. 9. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon to squeeze over just before eating.
