Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken thigh with garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the marinated chicken thigh to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the chopped plum tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
