Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add cooked rice and gently mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
