Spicy Beef and Egg Stir-Fry

A flavorful and satisfying stir-fry dish with tender beef, eggs, onions, and peppers, seasoned with spicy spices.

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the onions, bell pepper, and chili pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 3. Add the beef to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. 4. Push the beef and vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. 5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them with the beef and vegetables. 6. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for another minute to combine all the flavors. 7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed. 8. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
