Steps
1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and well-coated in spices.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing a scoop of black beans on each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
5. Serve the spicy black bean tacos immediately and enjoy!
