Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.
2. Add the chicken leg quarter to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Heat vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Once done, remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
