1. Start by grating the courgette and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated courgette, grated halloumi, egg, flour, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a thick batter forms. 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 4.
