1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade. 2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. 5.
