Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Add the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the chickpeas and soy sauce, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
