Spicy Egg Curry

A flavorful and spicy Indian curry made with eggs and a blend of garlic, ginger, and onions. Perfect for a hearty main dish.

Steps

1. Hard boil the eggs, peel and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown. 3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well. 5. Pour in the milk and bring it to a simmer. 6. Add the boiled eggs to the curry and cook for another 5 minutes. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
