Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the diced chicken to the pan, cooking until it is lightly browned on all sides.
5. Mix in the ketchup, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to coat the chicken.
6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
7. Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
