Steps
1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. While the shrimp marinates, prepare the lime slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, carrots, lime juice, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Set aside.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping with lime slaw, and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
