
Steps
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the shrimp marinates, prepare the lime slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, carrots, lime juice, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping with lime slaw, and garnishing with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
