Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute. 5. Add diced carrots and cook until they start to soften. 6. Add ground coriander, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 7. Add cooked beans and stir everything together. 8. Cover the pan and let the curry simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the flavors meld together. 9. Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and mix well. 10. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. 11. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
