Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the diced chicken and cook until it turns white.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
