
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Add carrots, potatoes, and all the spices. Mix well to coat the vegetables.
- Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
