Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes, coat well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Skewer the marinated paneer and grill until slightly charred.
3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden. Add cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
4. Pour in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
5. Add cream and grilled paneer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
