Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned.
4. Stir in red bell pepper and pineapple chunks, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat evenly.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce slightly thickens.
8. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired and serve hot.
