Spicy Soyabean Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Start by soaking the soyabean chunks in warm water for about 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds. 3. Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. 4. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until it softens, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Add the soaked soyabean chunks, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Once the soyabean chunks are well-coated with the spices and heated through, remove from heat. 7. Stir in fresh coriander and a splash of lemon juice before serving.
