Steps
1. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Place the fish on a heatproof plate and sprinkle the julienned ginger on top.
3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Pour the mixture over the fish.
4. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the plate with the fish on top of the steamer and cover.
5. Steam the fish for 8-10 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with steamed vegetables or cauliflower rice.
