Steamed Pork with Vegetables

Steps

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and sesame oil. 3. Place the pork slices in a steamer basket and steam for 10 minutes. 4. In a separate steamer basket, steam the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper for 5 minutes. 5. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. 6. Add the steamed pork and vegetables to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over them. 7. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
