Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

A healthy and flavorful grilled chicken dish marinated in a tangy lemon herb sauce.

Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine the juice and zest of half a lemon, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5. Squeeze the juice of the remaining half lemon over the cooked chicken before serving.
