1. Clean the squid and cut it into pieces. 2. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a wok. 3. Add the squid to the wok and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly browned. 4. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. 5. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the squid is cooked. 6. Serve immediately.
