
Steps
- Clean the squid and cut it into pieces.
- Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a wok.
- Add the squid to the wok and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly browned.
- Add the garlic, salt and pepper.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the squid is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
