Steps
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Rub the roast beef with garlic powder, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Add the roast beef to the skillet and brown both sides.
3. Pour in the freshly brewed coffee and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the roast beef is cooked through.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan margarine over low heat. Stir in the cream and cook for a few minutes until thick.
5. Remove the roast beef from the skillet and pour off any remaining liquid.
6. Serve the roast beef topped with the creamy vegan gravy.
