Stir-Fried Tofu with Sprouts, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, and Peppers

Steps

1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 4. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 5. Add broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. 6. Add bean sprouts and spinach; cook for another 2 minutes until spinach wilts. 7. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; mix well. 8. Remove from heat and garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired. 9. Serve hot alone or with steamed rice or noodles.
