Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
3. In a separate small saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the strawberries soften and the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
5. Pour the strawberry balsamic sauce over the chicken, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
