Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut bell pepper in half length-wise and remove seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix together brown rice, black beans, feta cheese, chili powder, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Stuff pepper halves with mixture.
5. Place pepper halves in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
