Steps

1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced carrots. 2. Cook for 5 minutes until the carrots are slightly tender. 3. Add the beans, cucumber, and tomato to the pot and let simmer for another 5 minutes. 4. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring the soup gently to create ribbons of cooked egg throughout. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
