1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. 2. Once they crackle, add chopped cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 3. Add crumbled paneer, sugar, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 4. Lay the cabbage leaf flat and place a spoonful of the paneer mixture at one end. 5. Roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary. 6. Repeat with remaining mixture and leaves. 7. Serve warm, drizzled with a bit more sugar for a sweet touch if desired.
