
Steps
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds.
- Once they crackle, add chopped cabbage and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add crumbled paneer, sugar, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Lay the cabbage leaf flat and place a spoonful of the paneer mixture at one end.
- Roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Repeat with remaining mixture and leaves.
- Serve warm, drizzled with a bit more sugar for a sweet touch if desired.
