Steps

1. Marinate the chicken breast in brewed black tea, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 2. Rinse jasmine rice and cook it with 1 cup water and grated ginger until tender. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and cook in the pan for 6-7 minutes each side or until fully cooked. 5. Serve the chicken sliced over the ginger rice. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
