Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken slices in this mixture for 15 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
