Steps
1. Scoop out the flesh of 1 passion fruit and set aside.
2. Peel and dice the mango, then blend it with the passion fruit flesh until smooth.
3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over low heat until sugar dissolves to create a simple syrup.
4. Add the mango-passion fruit puree to the simple syrup and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out passion fruit shell.
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
