Steps
1. Grease a 7-inch removable-bottom tart pan with coconut oil.
2. Place the bananas in the pan and press down evenly.
3. Sprinkle honey over the bananas and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and let cool.
5. In a bowl, mix almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon and shredded coconut until combined.
6. Spread the mixture over the cooled banana crust.
7. Top with vegan chocolate chips.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
9. Serve cold and enjoy!
